					<description>That's such an interesting idea -- the government limiting energy usage.  I'm not usually into the idea of the government regulating more stuff, but maybe if there were an increased tax for going over a certain level -- like a luxury energy use tax, it might get us somewhere.</description>

Omaha is very much a mind-your-own-biz kind of town, so if you don't have a green bucket outside your house on trash day, it ain't no thang.</description>
